After your visit is completed → Go to "My Bookings" → tap "Rate & Review" → give stars and write your experience. Your review helps others!
What is Instant Booking? Down Arrow
Instant Booking lets you book a slot in real-time without waiting. The salon confirms immediately and your slot is locked instantly!

Absolutely! We use bank-level encryption. Your phone number and data are never shared without your consent.

How to Cancel Your Booking

You can cancel your booking anytime through the app:

  1. Go to "My Bookings"
  2. Select the appointment you want to cancel
  3. Tap "Cancel Booking"
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Cancellation Timeframe

FREE Cancellation: Anytime up to 2 hours before your appointment

₹100 Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment

No Refund: If you don't show up without cancellation (No-show)

Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation

💡 Pro Tip: Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule FREE of charge if you do it:

  • Up to 2 hours before your appointment
  • To a different date or time at the same salon

Salon-Initiated Cancellation

If a salon cancels your appointment:

  • ✓ You'll get instant notification
  • ✓ Any payment refunded immediately
  • ✓ You can rebook with another salon
  • ✓ ₹50 credit for the inconvenience

💰 Refund Policy

When You Get a Full Refund

  • Salon Cancellation: If salon cancels your appointment → Full refund + ₹50 credit
  • Payment Error: If you're charged twice → Full refund within 24 hours
  • Service Not Provided: If salon doesn't complete service → Full refund
  • Booking Failed: If booking wasn't confirmed due to our technical issue

When Refund Excludes Cancellation Fee

If you cancel:

  • Within 2 hours of appointment → ₹100 cancellation fee deducted
  • Your refund = Booking amount - ₹100

No Refund Scenarios

  • ❌ You don't show up (No-show)
  • ❌ You cancel less than 2 hours before appointment (₹100 fee applies)
  • ❌ You're late and miss the appointment slot
  • ❌ You received the service successfully

Refund Processing Time

⏱️ Standard refunds: 24-48 business hours to your original payment method

⏱️ Urgent refunds: Contact support for instant processing

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to "My Bookings" in the app
  2. Find the booking you want a refund for
  3. Tap "Request Refund" with your reason
  4. Our team reviews & processes within 24 hours

Refund Status

You can track your refund status:

  • 📱 Check in "My Bookings" → Refund Status
  • 📧 Email confirmation sent once processed
  • 💬 Chat with support anytime for updates

Payment Method & Bank Details

Refunds go back to your original payment method:

  • 💳 Credit/Debit Card → 3-5 business days
  • 📱 UPI/Wallet → 1-2 hours
  • 🏦 Bank Transfer → 2-3 business days
